Refund Policy
Goods are not sold on a sale or return basis, however in unavoidable circumstances returns will be accepted only as set out below.
- All goods returned must be in good acceptable condition, neither tampered or marked in anyway
- All relevant invoice numbers must accompany the list of goods returned
- Return of goods will only be accepted within 14 days of date of invoice. A 10% restocking fee or a minimum of $15 ex GST, whichever is higher will be made on all returns (our errors will void this condition)
- Claims of shortages, breakages, etc must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
